All Indian thalis include diets are rich in nutrition like grains, lentils, healthy fats, vegetables, dairy, and fruits.  But I think 90% of people don’t get that much to eat or some don’t have time to eat all that.

In India people now are much worried about their weight, I don’t know the reason. It may be obesity leads to different diseases like diabetes and cholesterol. But its actually good news that people are really focused on themselves. They don’t really want to get sick.

If you tell people that you are dieting. People start giving you advice what to do and what not. Weight loss is a topic that every common people give an advice on.
