coffee facepack for glowing skin

Coffee is an exciting drink to charge us up every morning, we all know it. But a coffee mask is also an incredible way to wake up your tired skin and light up your complexion. The texture of the coffee grounds helps to gently exfoliate your dull, dry skin and reveals a healthy spring glow. The caffeine helps to reduce redness and puffiness and boosts blood circulation, which works best for dark circles and puffy eyes. Mixing milk with the coffee mask makes your complexion bright and clear. Once you rinse it off, it leaves your skin silky and smooth.

Honey & Coffee Face Mask

Honey and coffee work wonders for your skin. The texture of the coffee grounds helps to exfoliate, while the caffeine helps to decrease puffiness. Honey is known for its antibacterial and moisturizing properties; use it regularly for beautiful and smooth skin.

Always add a bit of honey to your homemade face mask because it pulls out excess oil and dirt out of your pores. Honey also thickens the mixture and makes it easier for application. If you don’t have honey, this mask can be done with just milk and coffee, but it will have a much thinner consistency.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon finely ground coffee beans
1 tablespoon raw organic honey
1 teaspoon milk

Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl, and then use your fingers to apply the mixture to your clean and dry face.

Once your entire face has been covered with the mask, sit back and relax for 15 minutes.

Wash the mask off with warm water, carefully massaging the coffee grounds on your face (avoid eye and under eye areas). This helps with exfoliation.

Wash it off with cool water, pat dry, and apply your face moisturizer to finish it off

Eye pack for puffy under eyes

For those restless nights that leave you with dark circles, try this homemade under eye pack.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons finely ground coffee beans
1 tablespoon organic coconut oil.

Instructions
Mix 2 tablespoons of coffee powder with 1 teaspoon of pure coconut oil. Mix it to form a paste and gently apply it under your eyes. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash it away from your eyes with soap. Thanks to nourishing coconut oil and invigorating caffeine, this mask will reduce puffiness and leave your under eyes perky.

Skin scrub

If you find your face feeling grimy and looking dull, whip up a quick coffee scrub.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon finely ground coffee beans
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

To make scrub, combine 1 tablespoon of ground coffee, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix well and gently massage it all over your face and neck. Let it sit for 30 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water, scrubbing it into the skin while you wash. Coffee increases blood circulation and sloughs away dead skin gently so that your face feels smoother and cleaner.

From now on just don’t use coffee as a beverage, use to make yourself more beautiful in your everyday life.
