Hair loss is a general thing which occurs to all of us. In a day losing 10- 50 hair is a common thing. But if you are losing more than that, it is better to take some action to control hair fall. Hair fall occurs due to genetics, age, smoking, stress, hormonal imbalance or PCOS. Mostly women suffer from hair fall due to hormonal imbalance, climate change, PCOS, and stress. I think stress is the most common problem in every woman. Actually, women love stress….lol. There must be other reasons, tying your hair tightly can cause thinning hairline.Never keep your hair with buns and ponytail.
Step1: Stopping tying hair tightly
Don’t make tight ponytails or high bun.I know they look good on every one of us. But tying your hair tightly creates stress in our hair follicle. The stress helps the hair roots to loosen up resulting in hair fall form hairline.
Step2: Oil massage
Oil massage is one of the most important things for healthy hair and scalp. It improves blood circulation and drains away the toxins from our scalp.
Here is my secret recipe to naturally grow back thinning hairline.
- 10 ml of coconut oil
- 5 tbsp of olive oil
- 1tbsp of henna powder
- 1tbsp of black cumin(kala jeera in Hindi)
- 10 curry leaves.
Take all the ingredients in a pan and boil them for at least 3-5 minutes. Let the oil cool down and then transfer it to a glass bottle. Allow the oil to sit in the bottle for 15 days in the sun. After that, you can strain the oil and use it. If you want to strain the oil from the ingredients is also ok.But it’s better not to stain the oil because all the ingredients must have sat down in the oil.
Coconut oil helps in hair growth from deep inside the hair follicle. It conditions the hair resulting in soft, healthy hair.
Olive oil is an excellent source of antioxidants, helps in maintaining the scalp health.
Henna repairs and strengthens the hair roots.
Black cumin is also called as Nigella seeds or kalonji. It stimulates hair growth and prevents hair loss. Nigella seeds play a significant role in hair growth by strengthening the hair follicles which results in strong hair roots.
You need to massage the oil into your hair on alternate days for best result. This recipe is totally tried and tested by me. It has given me a good result.
Step 3: Sulfate-free shampoo
Do choose a better shampoo for your hair fall. I would suggest you better select a sulfate free shampoo. A sulfate-free shampoo helps to maintain natural oils of the hair, moisturize the scalp.

The main cause of hair fall is stress. So to avoid stress and hair fall, maintain a healthy lifestyle. Get up early and feel fresh, enjoy the sunrise and the cold air. Go for a walk or do yoga to feel stress-free. The most important is sleep. At least Sleep for 6-7 hours a day.
