Instructions

Rinse and soak: Rinse quinoa and moong dal thoroughly. Soak for 15–20 minutes.

Sauté spices and vegetables: In a pressure cooker or pot, heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, green chili, and chopped onion. Sauté until soft.

Add veggies: Mix in the carrots, peas, and beans. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.

Combine quinoa and dal: Drain and add the quinoa and moong dal to the pan. Stir in turmeric and salt.
